Age Face — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Age Face ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Age Face is an entertainment app that estimates the apparent age (and related attributes such as gender and mood) of faces in a photo you provide. It does this by sending your photo to multiple third-party AI face-analysis providers operating in several countries and presenting their estimates together with an average.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

The App is free to download with limited functionality. Each analysis consumes credits. Additional credits are available through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit packs:

• Premium: $2.99/month — 500 credits
• Pro: $4.99/month — 1,200 credits
• Unlimited: $9.99/month — 3,000 credits (fair-use cap)
• Credit packs: 500 credits for $4.99, or 1,000 credits for $9.99 (one-time, never expire)

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over; one-time pack credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to upload only photos you have the right to use, and not to use the App to:

• Analyze images of other people without their consent;
• Attempt to identify, track, or profile individuals;
• Use results for verification, screening, or any discriminatory purpose;
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Providers

The App relies on third-party AI services to generate results. Their availability, accuracy, and behaviour are outside our control and may change at any time without notice. Your use of the App also involves processing by those providers under their own terms.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results are accurate, reliable, or available without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
